msg Plaut is an IT service provider and for us and our customers, a solid digital education is a key success factor. Due to digitalisation, our staff and customers are faced with constantly changing tasks. Only with the required education, our employees are able to meet the necessary qualifications. When hiring a new employee, we make sure their digital skills are verified during the admission process. For the first time, we have the chance to get a clear picture of the digital competences of applicants as well as our own employees by inspecting the DigComp certificates of fit4internet based on the European Framework. In addition, we are also able to address and develop competences in a targeted manner.
