For the digital as well as for the economic future of Austria, educational training and awareness-raising are prime issues. Politics, economy - here, SMEs and one-person companies in particular – as well as the society needs to be able to jointly participate in and benefit from digitalisation. This objective can only be accomplished by means of appropriate skills and abilities. Therefore, the fit4internet association is dedicated to enhancing digital literacy among all Austrians together with partner companies - regardless of age, origin, education and social or political affiliation. As a partner of fit4internet, I am pleased to make a contribution to this matter. Digitalisation presents a huge opportunity for Austria and therefore, it is necessary to set the necessary course now.
