Promotion code

The code word is defined by the portal user
Example code word: spring2020
Can be used multiple times
The number of redeemable codes can be limited
The number of used promotion codes can be crosschecked (i.e. information on how often the promotion code has been used)

Individual ticket codes are generated by the system
The number of ticket codes is defined by the portal user
Each ticket code can only be used once
Ticket codes can be assigned individually by the portal user
The number of used ticket codes can be crosschecked (i.e. information on which ticket codes have been redeemed and which are still available)

The system generates individual ticket codes and assigns them to email addresses
The portal user uploads the Excel chart with the e-mail addresses into the system in advance
The system matches the e-mail addresses with the individual ticket codes
The portal user needs to download and save the list with all the ticket codes. The list is never saved on the f4i portal (hash function!)
Ticket codes can only be used once
It is possible to crosscheck used ticket codes for each e-mail address (i.e. information on which ticket codes have been redeemed and which are still available)
